Henrico-based SyCom Technologies was named as a Richmond Times-Dispatch Top Workplace 2018 in the Midsize companies (125 to 399 employees) category. SyCom was one of sixty-five companies on the annual Richmond region list that includes private, public, government and nonprofit employers. The Top Workplaces rankings are determined solely on employee feedback. Surveys are sent to employees of participating companies asking questions related to workplace life, their views on leadership, benefits and other factors such as how employers encourage giving back to their community. Organizations made the list by scoring highest on a local level and exceeding the national benchmarks. Founded in 1996, SyCom is an award-winning IT Systems Integrator headquartered in Henrico County.
