Pam Diemer, a Long & Foster Real Estate sales associate at the company’s Tuckahoe office in Henrico, was honored for having the highest volume of real estate sales among all Long & Foster agents in the Richmond region in 2017. Diemer sold 45 units for a total of nearly $31.4 million last year. Among her noteworthy results was the sale of a $1.835 million custom Colonial home on the River Road corridor. Diemer has nearly 15 years of experience as a real estate professional. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as a personal trust officer with a Richmond bank. There, she was a certified financial planner, and she continues to hold a CFP designation. Diemer attributes her strong financial background as an added benefit to her clients’ real estate experiences. Diemer focuses on Henrico, Goochland and Chesterfield counties and surrounding communities.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Firehouse Subs – renewed its lease of 1,465 SF in Parham One at 8191 Brook Rd.; and The Whittle Group, LLC – renewed its lease of 1,283 SF in One Holland Place at 2235 Staples Mill Rd.

Marilyn Brown recently joined the Tuckahoe Sales Office of Long & Foster Real Estate in Henrico. Brown is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. Brown is a resident of Henrico and a member of the Richmond Association of Realtors.
