Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Everyday Gourmet, LLC – leased 3,750 SF at 6010 N. Crestwood Ave.; Tectonic Engineering & Surveying Consultants PC – leased 2,222 SF in Westerre I at 3951 Westerre Pkwy.; and Virginia Barbeque – renewed and expanded its lease of 2,000 SF in Lakeside Town Center at 6920 Lakeside Ave.

Fulton Mortgage Company, a division of Fulton Bank, recently named Andrew W. Price a mortgage sales manager. In this position, he will be responsible for managing the mortgage team in Richmond and serving as a mortgage liaison to the community. Price comes to FMC from Kelley Communications where he held the position of director of business development. Price holds a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science from Randolph-Macon College. Fulton Mortgage Company also named Jordan B. Pierson a mortgage loan officer and Miller W. Golliday an associate mortgage loan officer. In these positions, they will be responsible for assisting customers with their home-financing needs and providing mortgage services in the Richmond area. Pierson comes to FMC from Blue Ridge Bank where she held the position of business development officer. Pierson holds a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. Golliday comes to FMC from SunTrust where he held the position of mortgage loan officer. Golliday holds a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from Hampden Sydney College.
