HHHunt Corporation recently was recognized by the Home Building Association of Richmond with five awards at the annual Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards. The MAME Awards pay tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individual professionals, homebuilders, developers, real estate agents and associates in the local home building industry. The awards included were: Developer of the Year – HHHunt Communities; Best Website – Wescott; Best Community Amenity – Mill Square Park at River Mill; Best Model Home (Townhome/Condominium under $350,000) – Silverleaf Townes; and Community Spirit Award – HHHunt Corporation.
Anita Blue, Carol H. Carlyle, Kyle Clift, Cicily McFadden and Jamie Sutton recently joined the Weichert, Realtors - Baron and Snipes, Co. office on Nuckols Road in Glen Allen.
HHHunt, a real estate development, building and managing firm based in Henrico County, held its annual Apartment Living Awards on March 12 in Raleigh, N.C. Melinda Dunford was named the Employee of the Year. As an area manager, she oversees the Abberly Twin Hickory apartment community in Glen Allen and other apartment communities in Virginia.
