Stephen Fritz

HHHunt, a real estate development, building and management firm, recently announced that Stephen Fritz has been promoted to chief operating officer. Fritz, who joined HHHunt in 2015, has over 30 years of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industries. He most recently served as senior vice president at HHHunt and president of HHHunt Homes. In this new role, he will serve on HHHunt’s Executive Committee, and will oversee the operations of HHHunt’s four primary business lines: Apartment Living, Senior Living, Properties Construction, and Home. He will be responsible for managing and supporting those teams and providing strategic direction for the company’s operations. Fritz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.


MADDOG Ventures, LLC recently purchased a nearly one-acre parcel at Gleneagles Shopping Center, 10426 Ridgefield Parkway, from Richfield Outparcels, LLC for $440,000 to be utilized for a future dance studio. David Crawford and Reilly Marchant of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently reported the following lease transactions in Henrico County: &Pizza – leased 2,167 square feet in The Shops at Willow Lawn at 1601 Willow Lawn Drive; Apollo’s Flame Baked Pizza – renewed its lease of 1,440 square feet at 9410 W. Broad Street; and Developmental Health & Wellness Center – leased 1,010 square feet at Gayton Professional Center at 12089 Gayton Road.


Taylor Long Properties recently reported the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Yoga Six Richmond, LLC – leased 2,175 square feet at Regency Square from 1420 N. Parham Associates, LC (Ellen Long represented the tenant); and Aux Inc. 1 (CBD & Entertainment) – leased 1,500 square feet at 1208 Concord Avenue from Hungarybrook Investors, LLC (Rebecca von Meister represented the landlord).

Megan Sullivan

Colliers International recently promoted Megan Sullivan to assistant vice president. She began her commercial real estate career in July 2015. Sullivan specializes in sales and leasing for office and medical office buildings, representing both tenants and landlords. During the past five years, she has listed more than 500,000 square feet in the Richmond region, working with both regional and institutional property owners.


Colliers International recently announced the sale of The Glen Forest Portfolio at 7200, 7202, and 7204 Glen Forest Drive in Henrico for $15 million. The seller was not immediately announced. The Glen Forest Portfolio is a 116,395-square-foot, Class A, three-building office portfolio that was 95.2 percent occupied at the time of sale. Colliers Executive Vice President Will Bradley and Vice President Mark Williford represented the seller.


Henrico Doctors' Hospital and Parham Doctors' Hospital were among the local HCA Virginia hospitals recently recognized for excellence in nursing as part of HCA Healthcare’s 2019 Unit of Distinction Awards – an annual program that recognizes and rewards exemplary nursing units at HCA Healthcare sites of care. The “Unit of Distinction” designation is achieved through measurable, exemplary performance in the strategic areas of advocacy and leadership, consistency in nursing practice and operations and leveraging scale to drive performance. Henrico Doctors’ Hospital’s Labor & Delivery Unit was one of three HCA Virginia departments recognized as winners, placing them in the top five percent of all nursing units within HCA Healthcare. In addition, six units received an honorable mention recognition and ranked in the top 6-10 percent of HCA nursing units in 2019. They are Henrico Doctors’ Hospital’s IVCU Unit, Mother Baby Unit, and Renal Care Unit; and Parham Doctors’ Hospital’s 2 East/Medical Surgical Unit, Joint & Spine Center, and Behavioral Health Unit.
