Brookland District community meeting planned Sept. 29

Brookland District School Board representative Kristi Kinsella will hold a “Community Check-in” Sept. 29 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hermitage High School, 8301 Hungary Spring Road. Brookland Supervisor Dan Schmitt, chair of the Henrico Board of Supervisors, also will attend as a guest. The event will feature current information about a range of issues, updates about Henrico County Public Schools’ 2021-22 school year, and a forum for Henrico citizens to share their views.
The meeting will include introductory remarks from Kinsella and Schmitt, as well as Amy Cashwell, HCPS superintendent. The bulk of the forum will be reserved for questions and comments from attendees.
Attendees should wear well-fitted masks.
