Breeze launches service between Richmond and Sarasota

Breeze Airways launched a new route Nov. 22 between Richmond International Airport and Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport in Florida. The new service will operate on Mondays and Fridays, with introductory fares starting at $49 one way.

This new route marks Breeze's 14th destination from RIC since its inaugural service from the airport three years ago.

“We’re thrilled to add another nonstop from Richmond today to Sarasota-Bradenton,” said Breeze Airways’ CEO David Neeleman.

Introductory fares for the Richmond-Sarasota-Bradenton route are available for purchase until Nov. 30 for travel between Dec. 3 and May 22, 2025.

“Breeze Airways’ launch of new service from Richmond to Sarasota-Bradenton is literally a holiday gift arrived early," said RIC President and CEO Perry Miller.
