Breeze Airways is launching new service between Richmond International Airport and West Palm Beach, Florida, beginning Sept. 5. The airline announced the news April 21.

The flights to Palm Beach International Airport will operate on Mondays and Fridays.

“We welcome Breeze Airways’ addition of a high-demand destination like West Palm Beach,” said Perry J. Miller, president and CEO of the Capital Region Airport Commission. “Florida’s southeast coast is one of our most popular regions and RIC has heard clamoring from customers seeking this exact destination. We’re proud to add one more nonstop route option from the airport, further improving the region’s connections to the world.”

The new route will become RIC's 39th nonstop destination.

Richmond-West Palm Beach joins a list of 14 existing year-round and seasonal routes offered at RIC by Breeze (which began serving the airport July 8, 2021), including service to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Tampa, New York, New Orleans, Providence, Jacksonville and Charleston, South Carolina, among others.
