Balance RVA, located at 10431 Patterson Avenue in Henrico, will host the 2020 Wellness Expo Jan. 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Admission is free, and more than $5,000 worth of holistic health products and services will be raffled off. Twenty vendors will provide products and services that can help prevent illness, treat physical and emotional pain, and manage stress, ranging from homeopathic pain relief, meditation and mindfulness, diet and nutrition, and massage therapy to essential oils for children, fitness training, Reiki healing, wellness coaching and more.
