Art reception to be held May 16 at Cultural Arts Center

The Cultural Arts Center will host a special artists' opening reception May 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. featuring works from the Virginia Plein Air Painters, cartoonist/illustrator Jamie Cosley, and more. New exhibits to be revealed will include paintings by P. Buckley Moss as well as "Dragonlings by Emizart" by Emily Zampetti.
