Applications open for technology-based accelerator program

Covintus Tech Tank, a technology-based accelerator created to help businesses start their technical-based teams, has announced that it will be accepting applications for its third cohort until April 30. Teams within the Batch 3 section of Covintus Tech Tank will take part in a 10-week virtual program that will run from June 14 to August 21. The criteria for the selection process are as follows:

• startups that have a technology or software product with high-growth potential;
• early-stage companies with a major technology challenge;
• founders who are goal-driven and committed full-time to completing the virtual program.

Each selected Batch 3 startup team will receive $10,000 for successful completion. There will also be a Pitch Competition with a prize of $25,000 to the winner and $15,000 to the runner up. Prior to the April 30 application deadline, there will be two Covintus virtual information sessions that include a program overview and Q&A opportunities; those will be held on Tuesday, April 19  at 2 p.m. and Thursday, April 28 at 3 p.m.
