Anthology of Tuckahoe to celebrate grand opening Sept. 30

Anthology of Tuckahoe, a new senior living community located at 567 N. Parham Rd., will celebrate its grand opening September 30 at 4 p.m. with outdoor events that include a ribbon-cutting, refreshments, live music and tours. The community features 150 apartments and provides independent living, assisted living and memory care.

According to a recent report by the U.S. Census Bureau, more than 15 percent of Henrico residents have reached age 65, a number that will continue to grow as baby boomers age. The Anthology community is designed to offer options that fit all lifestyles and needs. The community’s Virtue Memory Care Neighborhood, for instance, provides displays outside each personal suite for personal photos and mementos, and features curated artwork that incorporates local landmarks and nostalgic images to evoke feelings of home.
