Alison Krauss, Kaleo to play Innsbrook After Hours this month

Table of Contents

Innsbrook After Hours will present Alison Krauss (at right), with special guest Levi Hummon, Sept. 22; and Kaleo (below), with special guest Devon Gilfillian, Sept. 27 at the SERVPRO of Richmond Pavilion.

Krauss’ new album “Windy City” features 10 classic songs that she selected with producer Buddy Cannon. Her album in 2011 with longtime collaborators Union Station, Paper Airplane, won the Grammy Award for Best Bluegrass Album and topped Billboard’s folk, country and bluegrass charts.

Kaleo, a four-piece band from Iceland that is now based out of Austin, Texas released “A/B” in 2016. The concept came from bandleader Julius Son’s love of the split sides of vinyl records and their ability to showcase an artist’s different sides.
