Henrico County's Red, White and Lights Fourth of July celebration is a no-go for the second consecutive year (canceled last year because of rain, this year because of COVID-19), but the county still wanted to help citizens get in a patriotic mood. So it set up displays at Crump Park in Glen Allen and at Dorey Park in Varina, where visitors have been able to pass through leisurely since July 1.

Friday night, a few visited with Uncle Sam on Stilts at Crump Park, while other strolled the park and snapped photos among a field of American flags.
