34-year-old Richmond man faces murder charges in connection with October Henrico homicide

Henrico Police have arrested a 34-year-old Richmond man on four charges, including second-degree murder, related to an Oct. 4 shooting that killed a 44-year-old Henrico man and left another man injured.
Police took Rudy Devon Fuller into custody Feb. 26. He’s charged in the shooting death of 44-year-old Darnell Lee Porter, who was shot in the 3600 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike at about 8:30 p.m., Oct. 4. Fuller face charges of second-degree murder, malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.
Porter died at the scene. The second victim in the shooting was hospitalized and now has recovered from his injuries, according to police.
