2019 Community Chili Cook Off raises money for FeedMore

The Fourth Annual Community Chili Cook Off held recently at the Gayton Kirk Presbyterian Church on Gayton Road raised $4,879.92 for FeedMore. Nineteen people and organizations came together to compete in the event.
“It’s been an exciting all-ages event that allows the community to engage in some friendly culinary competition while sampling a broad range of cooking styles,” said Aimee Crady, one of the three judges. "This year’s contenders all did a great job. As a judge, it was extremely difficult to choose just one winner."
The winners were Nick Dawson (Peoples' Choice Award, pictured above left)) and Gina Hart Willis (Judges' Choice Award, pictured, above right).
