2 men shot and killed near Richmond Raceway

The shooting occurred shortly after 7 p.m. in the 200 block of Engleside Drive (across from Richmond Raceway). Officers arrived at the scene at about 7:15 p.m. and found the two men, 20-year-old Domonique Swan of Henrico and 29-year-old Spencer Bartee of Henrico, suffering from gunshot wounds inside a vehicle.
Swan was pronounced dead at the scene, while Bartee was transported to a local hospital, where he later died.
