2 found dead in apartment in Henrico's West End

Henrico Police are seeking clues about the deaths of two people in a West End apartment.
The two were discovered dead by Henrico firefighters, who responded to the Quarter Mill apartment complex in the 3000 block of Quarter Creek Road, just off Mayland Drive and north of I-64, following reports that water was flooding an apartment from an upper-level apartment.
When they entered the upper apartment, they found two bodies and called police.
