2 dead in apparent domestic incident in West End

Two people are dead as the result of an apparent domestic-related incident Halloween, according to Henrico Police.
Police responded to the 2500 block of Wistar Street at 10:42 a.m., Oct. 31 to check on the welfare of the occupants, at the request of a family member. Once inside, they found 33-year-old Tammy Lynn Johnson and 46-year-old Damel Johnson, both of Henrico, dead.
Police are continuing to investigate this incident. Anyone with information about it should call Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
