Two commercial buildings in Henrico County have new owners.
Bollinger Properties, LLC recently purchased the “Blue Building” at 5609-5611 Patterson Avenue in the Libbie and Grove area for $2.8 million from Blue Building, LLC. The 8,000-square-foot retail building is entirely occupied.
8003 Franklin Farms LLC purchased a two-story 24,924 square foot office building at 8003 Franklin Farms Drive in Henrico for $1.75 million from Spottswood DBL LLC. The company plans to renovate and occupy the building.
